By ordering from SuiteApparel, you agree to the terms below. These policies detail our refund and return procedures, applicable to the United States.
A. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Manufacturer-direct items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
B. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, contact us at support@SuiteApparel.com or call +14694410819. If approved, we’ll send a return label and shipping instructions. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
C. DAMAGED/Wrong Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items so we can address the issue. Shipping times for exchanges vary by location.
D. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are allowed for damaged, incorrect, defective items, or wrong sizes. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
E. RESTOCKING FEE
No restocking fees are charged for returns.
F. REFUNDS
We’ll notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, though bank processing times may apply.
G. NO REFUND FOR UNUSED DISCOUNTS
Discounts not applied at checkout cannot be refunded later. Promotions must be used during purchase.
