Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to USA orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, which outline our shipping procedures.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & CUT-OFF TIME

  • Transit: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Cut-off: 5:00 PM EST (New York)
  • Handling: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)

C. DELIVERY CARRIERS

We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx for delivery.

D. ADDRESS CHANGES

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering. Once shipped, addresses cannot be modified.

E. CANCELLATIONS

Cancel orders before dispatch. Dispatched orders follow our refund policy.

F. DAMAGED PARCELS

Reject damaged parcels at delivery or contact us for instructions if already received.

G. MANUFACTURER DIRECT SHIPPING

  1. Method: Standard ground service (carrier varies by manufacturer)
  2. Processing: 1–2 business days (possible delays)
  3. Transit: 1–5 business days (location-dependent)
  4. Tracking: Emailed after dispatch
  5. Updates: We’ll notify you of any delays

H. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

This policy applies to USA orders. International orders may have extra fees (duties, taxes) and must comply with local regulations.
